We had a citronella candle get knocked over and the oil and wax stained a high visibility area of our concrete. This area was near several sensitive plants, and John was able to come out and not only lift/remove the stain but did so with tremendous care and concern for the surrounding area. It was a very difficult project, and he made it his personal mission to treat the area multiple times until it was completely removed. From my understanding, several companies were suggested and/or contacted for bids, and radPAD ultimately won the bid. RadPAD was on site less then 4 days after presenting a bid, and was able to effectively remove the graffiti. I have since heard numerous friends and neighbors from around the community comment things like, “wow! You can’t even tell it was ever there!” and “if I hadn’t seen it myself then I wouldn’t have known that the wall was tagged!”.
