John is a perfectionist. He's on time, efficient, and a great communicator. His services are always an excellent value. I hired him to hang Christmas lights and also to clean our gutters. I highly recommend RadPad! Thank you!
Great service. Had my interior and exterior windows cleaned. As well as my solar panels on roof. All work was done perfectly. Took great care to keep everything clean inside home. Highly recommend John and RADPAD.
RadPad team was great! Very professional and timely! Quote was very competitive and they have the added value of great authentic customer service with an eye for details! Happy I was connected with them and am now using for annual maintenance on the house.

John is great! So professional and friendly and clearly cares about his business and customers. A proud small business owner who has excellent follow thru and communication. He cleaned the construction mess off our windows recently (stickers were on windows, sawdust and drywall bits smashed in the tracks, etc) some windows 30ft up! I appreciate his honesty and not cutting corners when he realized the job was more than anticipated and would take longer than outlined. He clearly communicated so I knew the expectation and completed the job beyond my expectations.

Unless a RadPad technician is performing an interior service, you do not always need to be home during the service. However, RadPad will always confirm with you ahead of time if we need access to your property.

That's why RadPad uses low-pressure soft washing for stucco, siding, and painted trim specifically, and reserves rotary pressure cleaning for harder surfaces like driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks.
Most of our services are commonly scheduled on an annual (once a year) or bi-annual (twice a year) recurring basis, depending on the service and the property.
