John is great! So professional and friendly and clearly cares about his business and customers. A proud small business owner who has excellent follow thru and communication. He cleaned the construction mess off our windows recently (stickers were on windows, sawdust and drywall bits smashed in the tracks, etc) some windows 30ft up! I appreciate his honesty and not cutting corners when he realized the job was more than anticipated and would take longer than outlined. He clearly communicated so I knew the expectation and completed the job beyond my expectations.
