    We have used radPad for a number of services (window cleaning, bbq cleaning, fixing of window shutters). They are always timely in responding, prompt in getting service, on time the day of and follow up consistently.     Our small community of 12 homes woke one morning to an HOA-owned wall that was spray painted with graffiti. Carlsbad PD came out to file a report and let us know we had to remove the graffiti asap or the City would start issuing fines after 5 days. Upon learning this, the group text thread between homeowners in our small enclave of homes started blowing up, with no less then 90 texts in 3 hours. The general consensus was that we needed to hire a professional to do the removal. From my understanding, several companies were suggested and/or contacted for bids, and radPAD ultimately won the bid. RadPAD was on site less then 4 days after presenting a bid, and was able to effectively remove the graffiti. I have since heard numerous friends and neighbors from around the community comment things like, “wow! You can’t even tell it was ever there!” and “if I hadn’t seen it myself then I wouldn’t have known that the wall was tagged!”. Thanks so much to RadPAD for making our wall clean again, and helping us avoid fines from the City! See more See less

    John was great! Responsive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Great, friendly communication throughout process, from initial quote to final sign-off. Highly recommended! Updated 7/2/24 - we asked John for help with cleaning our turf, which had seen some wear and tear from our our two girls and two dogs. His professional turf cleaning service was quick and left the turf looking brand new again...including a nice added striping touch! See more See less

    Excellent efficient and friendly service. Our family is very pleased with the sparkling clean window. RadPad team went above and beyond cleaning window seals and frames something or past window cleaners never did. Based on this experience we are looking forward to having them provide other services around our home.     We had a citronella candle get knocked over and the oil and wax stained a high visibility area of our concrete. This area was near several sensitive plants, and John was able to come out and not only lift/remove the stain but did so with tremendous care and concern for the surrounding area. It was a very difficult project, and he made it his personal mission to treat the area multiple times until it was completely removed. We would absolutely recommend RadPad for any project and will be setting up additional projects and recurring maintenance with them soon! See more See less

John provided the quote for the service and was great in communicating about getting on the work schedule. He showed up on time and went right to work.     If you are looking for a professional who has extremely reasonable pricing, and great outcomes call John at radPAD. When they were done our windows glistened and siding was like new.
