Unless a RadPad technician is performing an interior service, you do not always need to be home during the service. However, RadPad will always confirm with you ahead of time if we need access to your property.
At the right PSI, yes, but too much pressure can damage stucco, siding, and other painted or textured surfaces. That's why RadPad uses low-pressure soft washing for stucco, siding, and painted trim specifically, and reserves rotary pressure cleaning for harder surfaces like driveways, walkways, patios, and pool decks.
Most of our services are commonly scheduled on an annual (once a year) or bi-annual (twice a year) recurring basis, depending on the service and the property. Yes, we have great property manager and short-term rental clients.
