Who You Are Hiring

Built on Process, Not Guesswork

RadPad came out of income-property management, where a missed detail costs somebody money. We kept the systems and pointed them at homes.

Where This Came From

Property management teaches you that the small things are the whole job. A gutter nobody cleared becomes a repair bill. A pane nobody checked becomes the reason a tenant leaves. The work is not glamorous and it does not forgive being skipped.

RadPad started there, managing income properties where those details had a number attached. The processes we built to keep those buildings right are the same ones that show up at a house now: a checklist per service, a walk-through before we leave, and a straight answer when something needs doing that was not on the list.

That is why the whole exterior sits under one company rather than five. Not because bundling is a sales tactic, but because whoever is looking at the windows should be the one who notices the gutter.

That is the standard: one company, one checklist per service, and a walk-through before we leave, so nothing gets missed because nobody was assigned to notice it.

What We Hold Ourselves To

Radically Better Home Services. Five commitments, and the standard every job gets measured against.

  • 01

    Quality

Every job, one window or the whole exterior, follows the same written checklist. Details aren't an upsell; they're the job.

  • 02

    Reliability

You get a real arrival window and a confirmation, and the crew shows up in uniform, in a marked van, when they said they would.

  • 03

    Responsiveness

Send a few details or photos and we come back with a clear scope and a straight number, not a range you have to decode.

  • 04

    Communication

You get a walk-through of the completed work before the crew leaves. If something isn't right, it's handled that day, not scheduled for a callback.

  • 05

    Community

Locally owned and operated in San Diego, serving San Diego County, not a franchise territory run from out of state.

John is a perfectionist. He's on time, efficient, and a great communicator. His services are always an excellent value. I hired him to hang Christmas lights and also to clean our gutters. I highly recommend RadPad! Thank you!
