Twice a year suits most homes. Closer to the coast, salt spray and marine layer build up faster, so properties within a mile or two of the water often look better on a quarterly rhythm. We will tell you what we see at your property rather than sell you a schedule.

They are part of the job. Tracks, sills and screens are cleaned on every visit, not quoted as an add-on. Glass looks half-done when the frame around it is still dirty.

What causes the white spots that will not come off?

Accepted Answer

Usually hard water, from sprinklers hitting the glass or mineral-heavy runoff. It is mineral deposit bonded to the surface, so ordinary cleaning will not shift it. We treat it separately, and we will tell you honestly if a pane is etched beyond what treatment can recover.

Can you reach second-storey and high windows?

Yes. We use extension-pole systems with purified water rather than propping ladders against the building, which is safer for the technician and for your walls and gutters.
