Permanent & Holiday Lighting

Holiday Lighting Installation & Takedown

Holiday lighting designed, installed, and taken down on schedule, with everything stored between seasons so you never handle a ladder in December. That's not a small thing: the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission estimated there were 15,000 injuries involving holiday decorating seen in emergency departments nationwide during November and December 2012, and falls accounted for 34% of the most frequently reported holiday decorating incidents that year.

What's Included

  • Design, install, and scheduled takedown
  • Off-season storage handled for you
  • Rooflines, trees, and landscape covered
  • Booked ahead of the holiday rush

Part of permanent & holiday lighting, available across San Diego County. Most properties combine this with the rest of the exterior on one schedule, which is cheaper than booking each visit separately.

How It Works

Every Corner, Managed

  1. 01

    Tell Us About the Property

Send a few details or photos. We come back with a clear scope and a straight number, not a range you have to decode.

  2. 02

    Scheduled, Not Squeezed In

You get a real arrival window and a confirmation. We show up when we said we would, in uniform, in a marked van.

  3. 03

    Done to Standard

Every service follows the same checklist, whether it is one window or the whole exterior. Details are the job, not the extra.

  4. 04

    Walked and Confirmed

We walk the work with you before we leave. If something is not right, it gets handled that day.

John is a perfectionist. He's on time, efficient, and a great communicator. His services are always an excellent value. I hired him to hang Christmas lights and also to clean our gutters. I highly recommend RadPad! Thank you!

  • Permanent lighting is designed for the property and stays year-round, lighting architecture and landscape every night. Holiday lighting goes up for the season and comes down after. Plenty of homes have both.

  • Yes, both. Takedown is scheduled when the install is booked, and we store it between seasons so it is not taking up your garage or getting damaged in a box.

  • Earlier than most people expect. The good slots go well before the season starts, and booking late usually means taking whatever date is left.

  • Yes. Bulb and fixture replacement, connection repairs, re-aiming and lens cleaning, whether or not it was ours originally.

  • RadPad is locally owned and operated in San Diego, serving San Diego County, including Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Elijo Hills, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Sur, La Jolla, San Clemente, and Dana Point. If you're near the edge of that map, call and we'll tell you straight whether we can get to you.

  • Unless a RadPad technician is performing an interior service, you do not always need to be home during the service. However, RadPad will always confirm with you ahead of time if we need access to your property.

Your Home Deserves a Company That Defines Care

  • A real scope and a straight number, not a range you have to decode.
  • One company for the whole exterior, one number to call.
  • We walk the work with you before we leave.
