Most properties combine this with the rest of the exterior on one schedule, which is cheaper than booking each visit separately.

760.652.9919Permanent lighting is designed for the property and stays year-round, lighting architecture and landscape every night. Holiday lighting goes up for the season and comes down after. Plenty of homes have both.
Yes, both. Takedown is scheduled when the install is booked, and we store it between seasons so it is not taking up your garage or getting damaged in a box.
Earlier than most people expect. The good slots go well before the season starts, and booking late usually means taking whatever date is left.
Yes. Bulb and fixture replacement, connection repairs, re-aiming and lens cleaning, whether or not it was ours originally.
It runs in order. We design the layout for your rooflines, trees, and landscape, install it, and set the takedown date up front so storage is already planned, not an afterthought. On that date everything comes down and goes into off-season storage, so nobody in the house needs a ladder in December.
